Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, holidays, or new product launches.

UK Shipping

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail): 2–4 business days Tracked Delivery (Royal Mail): 1–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen service.

Order Tracking

If you select a tracked service at checkout, your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Royal Mail delivery times may vary. If your parcel is delayed, please allow additional time for delivery. If your order appears lost, contact us at contact@astratitejewellery.co.uk and we will assist you.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
