Refund policy

We want you to feel completely confident when shopping with Astratite. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • In their original condition

  • In their original packaging

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@astratitejewellery.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non‑refundable

  • We cannot refund items that show signs of wear or damage not caused by us

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new one.
